Sub-Saharan Africa has some of the world's best solar resources and one of its fastest-growing energy markets. With $34 billion invested in renewable energy and a projected deficit of 17.3 million energy workers, the sector has an urgent workforce problem.

Companies struggle to find solar-ready talent. Candidates want careers in the sector but have no clear pathway in. Traditional recruitment agencies don't understand the market. Training programmes exist but stop short of placement.

ETC was built to close all three gaps at once: train professionals for the sector, verify their competency through AI-powered assessment, and deploy them directly into verified solar companies. End to end.
