Our Team
We are a team of expert problem solvers who combine our passion for the energy industry with our expertise in education solutions.
Founder/CEO
Ugo is an entrepreneur with a deep commitment to nation-building through effective and scalable education solutions. Ugo is adept at designing curriculums for diverse groups of learners in Nigeria and internationally. Before founding Energy Talent Company, he served as the General Manager/Learning Design Manager of Blend Your Learning.
Senior Program Coordinator
Before joining ETC, He pioneered the e-learning team at Zenith Bank and headed the Retail Training Academy at AXA Mansard Nigeria.
Tolu has a master’s in Electrical Engineering from a top Polytechnic in New York, USA. He is a seasoned project manager who has led engineering teams on projects, including the installation of more than 10,000 smart meters.
Tosin has experience teaching at a tertiary level, having worked as a lecturer in a polytechnic with a focus on Bio Energy. At Energy Talent Company, Tosin coordinates logistics and human resources.

Before ETC, Cyril worked at Ibom Power Company, Sygnite Power and Energy Solutions, Ureka Technology Limited, and Infratel Africa.

Adam’s superpower is designing curriculums and learning solutions. He co-designed the first Nanodegrees at Udacity and has built courses to help industry leaders facilitate online learning at Udemy. He was a VP of Learning at Andela and a Curriculum Director at Udacity.

Before joining ETC, she served as the executive secretary at Lee Engineering & Construction Company and client relationship manager at Sellafield Energy Resources, both oil and gas companies.
